WHO WE ARE
Brazilian Institute of Art and Culture
We are a non-profit civil association, founded on June 25, 2015, with a legal personality governed by private law, with a charitable and assistance character, non-partisan, pluralistic, philanthropic, educational, technical, cultural, scientific and social, with financial and economic autonomy . We operate in the area of restoration of Historical Heritage, cultural projects, among other segments related to Culture, Art and Education, as well as civil construction works.
Mission
Our mission is the non-profit experimentation of new socio-productive models and alternative production, trade, employment and credit systems. We also operate in the promotion of free education, observing the complementary form of participation of organizations dealt with in Federal Law No. 9,790/99, as well as the increase in free health, body practice and physical activity. We promote food and nutrition security, as well as volunteering, in economic and social development and combating poverty. We are charitable and assistential, non-partisan, pluralistic, philanthropic, educational, technical, cultural, scientific and social, with financial and economic autonomy.
Activities
Our activities consist of the elaboration and execution of projects related to the aforementioned areas. Thus, our technical staff is composed of four coordinations. They are: Works and Tenders, Projects, Courses and Events.
Currently, we are authorized by CREA-PE, SICAF, CADFOR, CRT, SIC - City Hall of Recife, FUNCULTURA, IPHAN and Lei Rouanet.
